How much does Attendly cost?
Free events have no monthly fee or setup cost. Our fee is 5% + 40p per paid ticket, separate from Stripe’s card fees. Both come out of each payment, so buyers pay only the prices you set. Nonprofits verified by Stripe get 25% off our fee. Contact us if you would like help with paid tickets.
Can we check people in without internet?
Yes. You can open a saved guest list and check people in without an internet connection.
Do people need an account to book?
No. People book from your event page with their name and email address. They do not need an Attendly account or app.
Where is our data kept?
Your event and account information is stored in London, UK. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Summary explain how we use it and which other services handle it.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Connect your Stripe account, then people pay by card on your event page and the money goes to your organisation. Card details go straight to Stripe. Free events do not need Stripe.
What can we do with Attendly?
Create events, take bookings and see arrivals as they happen. Give staff and volunteers access to help, run events for more than one organisation, download your attendee list and share an organisation page with upcoming events.
